I’m a real food devotee, self-care connoisseur and Jedi mindset master dedicated to helping you have a body and life you truly LOVE—while doing what you love.

I’ve had years of experience unraveling and re-figuring my own relationship with food and learning to let go of the negative self-talk. I’ve been a working actor and a fashion fit model for the last 15 years, so I really do understand the ridiculous pressure we women put on ourselves to look a certain way or be a certain size.

I know what it’s like to feel totally out of touch
with my body and uncomfortable in my own skin.
And at 49 years young I've learned a thing or two.

It's not too late and you're never
too old to get a body and life you love!
And that means putting your health and wellness first.

Because when you do that, you will SHINE!
You will bring the very BEST OF YOU
to everything you do.

Hiking in summer, snowboarding in winter, on coaching calls with my kick-ass clients, making dinner, sharing a glass of vino with a friend.

YOU CAN FIND ME:

Beating myself up, calorie counting, deprivation, saying YES to everything, FOMO, lying about my age!

I'm NOT ABOUT:

Say what you mean and do what you say, real food, my girl tribe, rosé on a hot summer day, cutting out the 'meh' to make room for the marvelous.

I BELIEVE IN:

I'll keep you motivated to take action, make small changes that have a big impact, create simple routines and habits that support you on the daily—and help you reach your goals without stress, guilt or deprivation.

So you can design the kind of life you actually want! An effortlessly healthy + more beautiful + balanced + badass life.

My superpower is helping women like you step into the very best version of themselves.

By loving my body and soul on the inside, my body loves me back on the outside. And yours will too.

It wasn't until I was in my 40's that I finally figured out who I am, what I really want and how I want to show up in my life. As actors, artist, performers and industry pro's we put everything we have into our careers, putting our health on the back burner until we are burned out.

What do you want your days to look like?
How do you want to feel?
In your body?
In your everyday life?

It wasn't until I was in my 40's that I finally discovered who I am, what I really want and how I want to show up in my life. And yet we're socialized to think that it's all downhill after 40.
That women over 40 aren't sexy or sexual, or interesting or fun.
Well, I call bullshit on that ladies,
cause we are just getting started!

What do you want the rest of
your life to look like?
How do you want to feel?
In your body?
In your everyday life?

I finally understood that it's the quality of the food I ate that mattered—and so did how I talked to myself and how I took care of myself physically, mentally and emotionally. It's all connected. I stopped dieting and depriving myself. I stopped using food to punish or reward myself. I learned to say ‘NO’ and take care of my mind and body by taking time for myself, practicing real self-care, and eating real food. I started enjoying my calories instead of counting them.
And you will too.

I learned to tune-in to my body. I started to understand which foods gave me the most energy, and which ones simply sapped my spirit. I learned to love real food and how it makes me feel. I learned that real self-care is non-negotiable and necessary. And most importantly, I learned that I’m never too busy to put my health and wellness first. And you will too.

My body found it’s happy weight—a weight that’s just right for my shape and time of life. No all or nothing behavior, no yo-yo dieting, no calorie counting; just me, living a full, rich, delicious life. I had more energy, I was more focused, I was sleeping better and my skin was clear and bright. And I didn’t have to work for it. I still don’t.

It was time to get real with myself about how I was living my life and treating my body.

I tried every diet, calorie counted, ate low-fat, non-fat processed foods. I was addicted to cleanses and detoxes. I worked long hours fit modeling, running from audition to audition then to various classes at night—and doing it all over again day after day. I stayed out late and took care of everyone else around me. My cravings were out of control. And my idea of self-care was an occasional mani-pedi.

I ended up in complete adrenal exhaustion. I was sleep deprived, bloated, broken out, stressed and depressed, had brain fog, my metabolism was slow, my digestion was slower.

While flying back and forth from Los Angeles to Atlanta for three weeks simultaneously shooting a huge guest starring role and a feature film, I ended up so sick I almost lost both jobs. My head was so clogged, I literally couldn't hear myself speak.
